We know how kind words can affect us. We also know how unkind we can be to ourselves when we look in the mirror drawing attention to our every mark, spot and line we see. We know that’s not kind or good for us, but we do it often.

The skin is the organ that gets a lot of negative attention, because it’s the one we see everyday. We judge and mistreat it, and criticize it when it gets tired and shows its age yet we expect it to protect us daily.

The meditative work I do with my personal clients using their higher consciousness is impactful and makes big changes in their lives. Imagine sending your skin, the largest organ in your body, good intentions every day.
